WHAT SHOES CAN I WEAR MY PIMP UP™ WITH?
Our models are designed to fit most shoes:
- Stiletto or thick heels
- High or low sneakers
- Ankle boots
- Flat shoes
- Sandals

HOW DO I CHOOSE MY SIZE?
- The latest ICONIC WRAP™ collection is one size fits all , with adjustable or stretchy systems.
- Previous PIMP UP™ collections are available in sizes S / M / L / TALL – a detailed size guide is available on each product sheet or directly HERE.
- For personalized advice, write to us, we respond with joy and style.
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY PIMP UP™?
- Hand wash recommended, in cold water or 30° max.
- Do not iron, do not tumble dry
- Flat drying recommended

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ITEM?
Of course !
- You have 14 days after receipt to return your product.
- It must be unworn, in its original condition and packaging.
- To initiate a return, write to us via the form or chat bubble.
NB: Personalized or promotional products may not be refundable – this will be clearly indicated on the product sheet.
WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?
- Metropolitan France : 2 to 5 working days
- Europe : 3 to 5 days
- Rest of the world : depending on destination (7-10 days on average)

A MODEL IS DISCONTINUED: CAN I BE NOTIFIED WHEN IT COMES BACK?
Yes! If a model is sold out, you will see a “ Notify me when available” button on the product page.
