Tip : The TALL size, located between S and M, offers a longer length. Ideal if you want a higher effect on the leg.

( 2 ). Thigh : Measure around 10 cm above the knee, without tightening the tape measure.

( 3 ). Calf : Take the measurement at the widest point of the calf, always without tightening.

( 4 ). Ankle : Although optional, this measurement can narrow down your choice for the best fit.

Helpful Tip : Take all measurements standing up, without gripping the tape measure, for accurate results.
