Good news, we have gone green!

As part of our commitment to reducing our environmental impact, returns are made without paper instructions; a more responsible action for our planet as well as for our customers.

You have 14 days to exchange or return your items.




To do this, log in to your personal account by click here.

  • In the **Email** field, enter your email address, then click **Continue**.
  • In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
  • Return to the online store, then enter a six-digit verification code.
  • Click on the order for which you wish to request a return.
  • If your order has more than one item, select the items you want to return.
  • Select a reason for return and add a note for the store.
  • Click on**Request a return**.

We normally process returns within 7 days of receipt in our warehouse. 

During peak periods, this may take up to 15 days.

Once your refund has been accepted, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping instructions and a return label.

Once the product is returned, you will receive a refund.

You will not have to pay any costs for this return, although they will be your responsibility. To make things easier for you, they will be directly deducted from your refund.

The accessory must be the complete pair of Pimp Up™️, properly protected, in its original packaging, with the film or individual protective packaging, and the labels intact.


Refunds will be made on returned items in accordance with the instructions above. 

In the event of anomalies, the package will be returned to you. 


If you wish to change the size or color of an item, you can do so free of charge within 14 days from the date the package is delivered.  

Complete the return form by checking “Exchange” and indicating the replacement size or color from those available. We will then reserve your new item and send it to the original delivery address as soon as we receive the returned item. 

You will receive shipping confirmation by email once the package has been delivered to the carrier.

You can change the size or color of an item only once. However, you can still return the item by following the instructions in the Return Policy.

Typically, returns are validated within 3 business days of arrival at our warehouse. During busy periods, this may take up to 7 working days. Once your return has been validated, we will immediately request a refund and send you a confirmation email.

The processing time for refunds varies depending on the payment method used. 

Credit card: our bank will reimburse you within 7 working days of sending the confirmation email. Then, the time it takes to re-credit your credit card will depend on your card company.

PayPal: the refund will be visible in your PayPal account within 24 hours from the date the confirmation email is sent.
